We are collaborating with Local Authorities, Government, Health & Safety Professionals and Industry peers to ensure that our events are COVID-safe.
We work to the following principles in our planning:
Tracing: check-in systems at all events for staff, suppliers and attendees
Education: effective and consistent information shared with all attendees and staff; with corresponding signage and systems on site. All staff, volunteers and suppliers trained in our COVID-safe rules.
Hygiene: drastically increased hand washing and hand sanitiser opportunities, dedicated cleaning staff on site
Social Distancing: crowd management calculations in every area of event; ample space for at least 2m distancing in all areas.
Touch Point Minimisation: re-imagining of all event areas to minimise surface contamination.
Screening: all workforce and attendees screened pre event and on site where necessary
We know what a huge benefit to mental and physical health that our events have, and how crucial they are to our charity partners’ work. We therefore are dedicated to finding safe ways that our events can continue to operate and we have a wealth of knowledge on how to do so.
