As part of our efforts, we volunteer with Routes, which supports refugee and asylum-seeking women build skills and confidence through workshops and through mentoring with professional women. Our Director Sarah is a mentor with Routes and supports her mentee in developing her career. We also are collaborating with Event Industry Mentoring Scheme Elevate to pilot a new scheme aimed at tackling the underrepresented talent within the events industry, and we will be sponsoring a mentee through the mentoring programme in 2024.
